This policy explains how Desio operator (company details pending) processes personal information when you use the Desio website, account service, support, memberships, and iOS app.

1. Information we process

We may process account details, room photos, design instructions, generated concepts, membership and transaction references, support messages, device and browser information, security events, approximate country, and attribution data supplied by your browser or purchase channel. Desio does not store complete payment-card details.

2. Why we process it

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, synchronize eligible access, process and reconcile purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, measure performance, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

3. Service providers and purchase channels

Information may be shared with providers operating hosting, payment, email, support, security, analytics, and product infrastructure under appropriate controls. Apple independently processes App Store purchases under its own terms. Payment providers receive information required for web billing.

4. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as needed for these purposes, contractual and tax records, disputes, security, and mandatory obligations. We use access controls, encryption for sensitive integration secrets, hashed authentication tokens, and audit records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and optional analytics

Essential cookies support authentication, security, checkout, and privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising tools are used only when configured and permitted under the consent rules that apply to the visitor.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Submit a verified request through the Help Centre. Some records may be retained where legally required.

7. International processing and children

Providers may process information in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law. Desio is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age that applies where they live.
